We here at pmGotham.com are a group of artists seeking to raise awareness of emerging advances and trends in photography and photographic technology.
Our goal is to increase interest in photography as an art form as well as photojournalism as a reporting medium. To advance these goals we instituted the popular WordShooter Photo contests which reward the efforts of enterprising photographers both young and old, amateur and professional!
Whether you're shooting with a high-end cutting edge Nikon D3X or a simple disposable point and shoot camera, you're using your "photographer's eye" and your artistic sensibilities to decide where to point your lens, what to focus on and when to press the shutter release.
As artists with photographic backgrounds we have chosen to focus on the future, pointing our efforts at the internet and releasing the creativity of the new edge of photography now!
